Anadrol is a DHT-derived compound, and is 17-Alpha-Alkylated steroid, meaning that it has been altered at the 17th carbon position to survive oral ingestion but it also makes it very taxing on your liver. The size and strength gains from Anadrol are quite dramatic for the first 3 weeks and then quickly level off. It is commonly used as a form of “jumpstart” towards seeing gains quickly and is not recommenend to use it for more than 6 weeks.
